The Bookseller – Rights – Kyle Books serves up Pipers Farm cookbook

Kyle Books has secured Pipers Farm The Sustainable Meat Cookbook: Recipes & Knowledge for Thought-about Carnivores from Abby Allen and Rachel Lovell.  

Writer Joanna Copestick acquired world rights immediately from the authors. The cookbook can be revealed in September 2022.  

Pipers Farm was based in Devon in response to the industrialisation of meat within the Nineteen Seventies and Eighties. It started as a farm and a small butcher’s store serving native prospects and is now a nationwide on-line supply service for “really artisan”, sustainably produced British meat. Initially based by Peter and Henri Grei, it’s at the moment run by their son Will and his companion Abby Allen.
